Clay Warner

Clay Warner, Evergreen Walls, Inc.

With twenty plus years of experience in civil/underground construction and precasting of concrete products, in 1985 the Evergreen licensees recruited Clay to be the liaison between Evergreen in Europe and Evergreen activity within North America.

In 1980, Clay Warner + Associates was founded with the focus on providing technical advice and engineering services to concrete products manufacturers.

Clay’s work history includes major highway and underground civic construction and civil engineering. In 1970, he was recruited by a major concrete pipe manufacturer for the position of Company Engineer and learned the intricacies of the concrete products industry “hands on”, while applying his engineering knowledge to develop and implement new production tooling and processes. Clay accepted the position of Technical Director with the American Concrete Pipe Association in 1972 and accepted the position of Vice-President of Engineering for Amey Roadstone in 1976.

Prior to his civil engineering career, Clay pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Tri-State College and was employed by Chevrolet/GM in the Process Engineering and Tool Design Department where he gained extensive experience as a team member designing automated production machinery and associated tooling.

Presently Clay’s professional affiliations include membership and seats on governing committees within the National Precast Concrete Association, the American Concrete Institute – Atlanta Chapter, the American Concrete Pipe Association, and the American Society of Testing Materials – Committee C-13 on Concrete Pipe and Committee C-27 on Precast Concrete Utility Structures.
